igotyourdress offers the following Returns Policy: Items must be returned with in 7 days in unworn orginal conditions with tags still attached. Shipping fees are non refundable. There is a 10% restocking fee.
On special order gowns a nonrefundable deposit of half is required to order dress and the balance is due before dress is shipped or picked up.
